Nokia Locksmith is a trading style of Digital Globe (UK), which is a company providing mobile phone unlocking codes and services to customers worldwide and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. All users of this web site are required to be over the age of 16 years.
Unlocking Codes are issued via email and become instantly visable online for upto 24 hours. You are supplied with a code (usually 1 master code) plus a set of clear easy to follow instructions to enable you to unlock the phone for which you entered details into our order form. The unlocking codes and instructions relate only to this phone and should not be used on any other phone.
We aim to deliver your Nokia unlock code instantly, however we cannot guarantee this, since we are not responsible for mail server failure or down-time. If you do not receive your unlock code within 2 hours, please email us, and we will be happy to re-send your code.
The code you are given is what you are purchasing. Nokia-Locksmith.co.uk cannot be held liable or responsible for any failure to make a code unlock the phone, or for any subsequent failure of the phone as a result of any deviation from the strict instructions included.
Five failed attempts to input an incorrect unlock code would render the phone impossible to unlock by remote methods and will require a cable solution (your phone will NOT be damaged, however). Nokia-Locksmith.co.uk will not be held liable for your costs if this happens.
The unlocking process may restore your phone to its original settings. You need to be aware that if you have contact details stored on the phone itself (rather than the SIM card), these may be cleared. Nokia-Locksmith.co.uk will not be liable for any removal of data or details from your phone.
Removing the Service provider locks from your phone may invalidate any warranty you may have. Nokia-Locksmith.co.uk does not accept responsibility for this. Nokia-Locksmith.co.uk does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of data incurred by use of our unlocking service. You use this service at your own risk.
Refund Policy
We will not be able to provide a refund if we are unable to unlock your phone because you have provided us with incorrect details.
If it transpires that your phone is already unlocked, you will not be entitled to a refund; please make sure that your phone is definitely locked before ordering your unlock code. Some UK Vodafone and o2 contract phones will already be unlocked.
If it transpires that any failed attempts have previously been made to unlock your phone, you will not be entitled to a refund. (See point 2 above) for further information. You will not be entitled to a refund as a result of any deviation from the strict instructions sent with your unlock codes.
If we become aware that there is an issue with your particular phone/network combination, and we are therefore unable to unlock your phone, we will issue you with a refund, less any charges we incur, via the original method of payment. in some cases we may offer a credit note as a gesture of good will.
It's a fact that our unlocking service is 99% more reliable than all Free Code Calculation Generators. Loads of Free codes and software can be found on the internet, but the reality is that Free Codes and Code Calc Software have as little as a 1% success rate of providing the end user with the correct unlock code needed for unlocking your handset.
